End of Year Information
Look forward to your Parent Educator calling you in the fall to schedule your next visit.
The Parents As Teachers office will be closed from May 21-August 9, 2010.
Kindergarten Screening and enrollment will resume on August 9-12, 2010 at the Parents As Teachers office located in Field School, 302 Smith Avenue.
Screenings will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will be on a first come, first serve basis.
NO appointments will be made. 

Eligibility Requirements
Kindergarten: Child must be five years old before August 1, 2010
Please Bring:
   * Proof of Residency (water bill, electric bill)
   * STATE ISSUED Birth Certificate
   * Updated Immunization Card
   * Social Security Card (Optional)
   * Medicaid Card (If Applicable)
