Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum/Instruction - Mrs. Alma Stipp
Mrs. Stipp obtained an Associate Degree from Crowder College in 1982 and a Bachelor's Degree from Missouri Southern State University in 1984. She began her teaching career in 1985 at Goodman Elementary School where she taught Remedial Math, 5th/6th grade, and 2nd grade. She taught at Goodman Elementary School for nine years. She completed a Master's Degree in elementary administration from Missouri State University in Springfield in 1993. In 1994, Mrs. Stipp transferred to Central Elementary where she taught 3rd grade for three years. When Ken Barnes retired as principal at Central, she became principal and remained in that position for nine years. During that time, Mrs. Stipp completed a specialist degree in Educational Administration with an emphasis in the superintendency. Mrs. Stipp has served as Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction since 2006. Her entire career in education has been spent in the Neosho R-5 School District.
