Back to School Information - 2010-2011 School Year!

Dear Parents and Students of the Neosho R5 School District,

We are very proud to have you join us for the 2010 – 2011 school year. This year promises to be a great year of educational opportunities, and personal growth for both you and your children.

The school district continues to excel in the area of academics. This is evident in our school district’s state accreditation with Distinction in Performance, as well as our ACT college entrance scores standing above the national average. Our students have also achieved outstanding results in extracurricular activities. The Neosho wrestling squad received the 2010 state championship title competing with schools in the class 3 division, and the Speech and Debate Squad receiving the national Jacob E. Bruno trophy for winning the most number of rounds at the national speech and debate tournament.

With this said, you can count on direction and education from the best instructors in the state. Neosho has a great school with great community support. We are here for you and want you to have a great school year.
