Period 3  Brainstorm items to put in time capsule that describes them. Work on groups. Give a scenario to work on and share with the class. "What would Lizzy do"  Take notes over wants and needs information.  Write a 200 word essay about the values they think is necessary to have a good productive life.  Take a Test
Period 4  No School         
Period 5  Work with table partner finish section 2.2.  Research steps a woman can take to reduce the risk of delivering a low birth weight baby. Create a poster that includes this information.  Working on their poster.  Students will share their poster with the class.  Do the chapter review questions 2-10.
Period 6 Define vocabulary on chapter 10. Sketch a house and label as we read. Continue to read and label their sketch.
Go over common architectural symbols.
Make a chart of different types of siding and learn about the parts of a window and the different styles. Finish chapter 10 and do study guide.
